NQ Field Day, Townsville

NQAS Powershed will be at this year’s North Queensland Field Day in Townsville on Wed 16 - Thurs 17 May. This year is going to be bigger than ever. With a huge site organised, we’ve got some amazing giveaways and once-off specials across a range of products including Silvan, Castrol, Cigweld, Genelite generators, tractor seats, BAR water blasters, and much more.

We’re also excited to announce that World Champion Dave Foster will be on our site doing 4 wood chopping demonstrations over the 2 days – 11am and 2pm daily. A huge thanks to Castrol for sponsoring these demonstrations.

World Champion David Foster is a Tasmanian Icon and Australian Sporting Legend.  He is the only athlete in the history of sport to have won 1000 championships in his chosen sport. Among many of David’s amazing sporting achievements, he has won an incredible 185 World Championships, 176 Australian Championships, over 2,500 firsts in competitive woodchopping, represented Australia since 1979 and won the World 600mm Double Handed Sawing Championship a total of 22 years, 21 years consecutively among other major records.

So if you’re planning on coming along to the NQ Field Day, make sure you head to site 35 and 36 to grab yourself a bargain and meet World Champion Woodchopper, Dave Foster.

Rabbobank Field Day a Success

Thanks to all those that came to see us at Walkerman for the field day. There were plenty of bargains to be had. Warwick, our rep from SCAG mowers was run off his feet as was Des from Cigweld. People couldn't get enough. The weather was fantastic and really made it a great occasion. Look for us next time in 2013. We will be bigger and better, with more bargains on the day than you can imagine. See you all then.

NQAS Will be participating in the Rabobank Field Day at Walkerman on the 25-26 May. We have a huge presence organised this year and will have everything from Cherry Pickers to Batteries.
